Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 5, 2026

1. Introduction

CueWise uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, limit visitor previews, and, when enabled, understand website performance and usage.

This policy explains what we use and how you can manage cookies.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and analytics scripts. In this policy, we refer to these technologies together as cookies.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for login, authentication, security, and core service features. They usually cannot be disabled through our Service.

  • Authentication cookies: Keep you signed in and identify your active session.
  • Security cookies: Help prevent forged requests, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Visitor preview cookie: Tracks visitor preview access on the same device.

Preference Cookies

These cookies or local settings help remember language, theme, and interface preferences.

Analytics and Performance Cookies

If Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity is configured, we may use them to understand page visits, performance, and product usability. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymization. If these services are not configured, the related scripts do not load.

5. Third-Party Cookies

We may use third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, email, AI processing, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. These services may set cookies or process similar identifiers under their own policies.

CueWise does not currently set advertising cookies for remarketing, advertising profiles, or public social-sharing features.

6. Your Cookie Choices

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies. You can manage cookies in the privacy and security settings for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or other browsers.

If you block essential cookies, login, visitor preview, uploads, or account features may not work correctly. You can also use tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of specific analytics services.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers provide a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for that signal, we do not currently respond to it automatically, but you can manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will update the effective date on this page.
