1. Introduction
CueWise respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information related to your account, uploads, missed-question analysis, payments, and website visits.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publicly share your original questions, Error Cards, or Pattern Reports. We share necessary information only in these situations:
- With hosting, database, storage, email, payment, analytics, and AI processing providers that help operate the Service.
- When you request or authorize the sharing.
- When required by law, to protect rights, investigate fraud, address security risks, or enforce our Terms.
- As part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer.
5. AI and Uploaded Content
To generate missed-question diagnosis, your uploaded content may be sent to Evolink AI for processing and used with the configured Gemini 3.5 Flash model (gemini-3.5-flash). We require this processing to be limited to fulfilling your request and maintaining the Service.
We do not turn your uploaded questions into a public question bank, reuse original question content across users, or use uploads to train shared models.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, process billing, resolve disputes, comply with law, or prevent abuse. You may delete individual Error Cards or request account deletion through support.
Deleting an Error Card removes the visible original question and analysis details. Historical reports may remain as snapshots and do not automatically recalculate. Deleted Error Cards do not refund used analyses.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, authentication requirements, log limits, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of personal information. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
To make a privacy request, contact support. We will handle requests according to applicable law.
